experience with electric).Looking at their website, seems all new Force
10's have "fold-away" oven doors as opposed to a conventional hinge-down
door. The door has an articulated hinge and tucks along the floor of the
oven, thus covering what would be the burner. To accommodate, Force 10
moved the burner to the back of the oven creating uneven heating.

They apparently have changed their design.  The 3-burner Force 10 propane
stove we had on Rolling Stone which we purchased in 86 (and sold with the
boat this past June) had the oven burner in the middle at the bottom.  The
door which swings in, didn't interfere.  I don't remember hot spots in the
oven.

We really used our stove a lot, to include the oven spending 3 to 9 months
on the boat every summer from 92 to this past June.  I wasn't fond of the
just the temp gauge for the oven (e.g. no thermostat) but got used to it.

We have a Dickinson Pacific diesel stove on our trawler and have managed
to bake a cake and cook a chicken in the oven which was a real milestone
:>)
