Happy Friday LSR.

What a difference lights, wreathes and holiday ornaments combined with some imagination can make.  It has transformed our community into a holiday wonderland.

Yes, we have it all.  There are bright colorful lights, characters of all kinds and serene peaceful settings.  No doubt, LSR has something for everyone.

You can definitely feel the excitement in the air.  Two great things are happening in the next few weeks.

First I want to make sure you mark your calendars for Saturday Dec. 16th for  the annual Holiday Event.  12:00-2 in the park.  Santa and Mrs. Claus will be making a special appearance at 1:00.

There will be lot of activities for everyone. Bring your lawn chairs and a neighbor.

Second, to help celebrate and recognize those that work so hard on the decorations, LSR HOA is sponsoring a contest to include the best decorated house and the best overall decorated street and the most festive neighbors.

However, several streets have already stepped up their game this year and it's going to be an exciting race.    Let’s go LSR, you are looking good.

We ask you to have all your decorations and displays finished by Saturday, Dec. 16th.  The judges will be driving through our neighborhood with announcement and placement of signs to follow on the weekend.

Remember, the best gift you can give anyone this year is your time along with your smile.  Spend time with your friends and  family creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Most of all, be safe, enjoy the holidays, stay warm and tell someone how special they are.

Is anyone missing a small orange tabby kitten? We have a sweet kitten outside our back door that has no collar and is looking to come inside. We live on Woodland Pass.
