Right you are!  which of course is where the old paper charts are much
better than the new electronic charts since they often gave considerably
more details of non marine stuff ashore like roads buildings etc.
Admittedly they did not include traffic lights but they did show roads so
if the light seem to coincide with a road network  .. . .
