There was some recent discussion about where to get a copy of Audoin and Guinot’s book.  While I wouldn’t presume to compare my book with theirs, Param and I were able to incorporate some more recent developments.    Several chapters also benefited from Magnus’s review, but I caution that changes I made afterward may still be fallible.

Anyhow, it’s available in hard and soft copy.  Here is the link: https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-031-30780-5
