For about 8 years I have had very tame Carolina Wrens come to my kitchen door and beg for food.  This summer we seemed to have an explosion of red foxes.  Now for months I have no wrens.  To my untrained eye, I think the C Wrens were easy pickings in the brush piles.  Anyone have Carolina Wrens?

I do plus at least 2 foxes that I know about.  There could be a connection
but they seem to have coexisted in our yard, so far.
