THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (JUNE 12-18)!

Following an amazing weekend of events, we're back at it with a full week
of workout options to help you meet your fitness goals!

Congratulations to Jim Young for completing his FIRST TRIATHLON at the
Escape the Cape Triathlon!  At the same event Seth Benjamin completed his
first OWS triathlon!  We also had some first time triathletes/duathletes at
the Scoogie Events Kids Rock Spring Triathlon/Duathlon and many podium
finishes at these and other events... We'll work to provide a recap in a
separate post.

Log your Gators Surf & Turf Club Badges: You can continue to claim your
"Gators Surf & Turf Club" badges as you complete events and participate in
workouts. To date 108 badges have been claimed! You can find the badge

It only takes one badge to get an invite to the Sunday, July 16 Prime Rib
Party! You can earn badges for participation in ANY club workout (including
those from our sponsors Mid-Atlantic Multisport, French Creek Racing, the
RUNegades, and Keystone Running Store) as well as for participating in an
event and for creating a post on our Facebook group.

And our youth Gators are also in on the fun with the "Junior Gator Edition"

Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plan to attend. This helps us plan, so PLEASE take 1
minute to mark the workouts that you plan to attend.

This Week's Workouts and Events: Following is a summary of what is
happening, now through Sunday, including 12 workouts, a club social
(Thursday night) and a special Sunday morning Father's Day run, and keep in
mind that additionally French Creek Racing is now offering open water swim
workouts 5x/week and Mid-Atlantic Multisport is offering a Wednesday night
OWS several times a month (the next is this Wednesday 6/14).

NOTE: The Thursday morning swim will be uncoached this week.

• Monday 6/12, 6:30pm, Keystone Running Store (200 E. High St, Pottstown):
Group run! This week's course is a perfect prep workout for Friday's RUNway
Mile as it includes a warmup run to the Pottstown HS track followed by "how
many laps can you run in 15 minutes?" For details, go to Keystone Running
