I think it is great to have this group avialable, suggest we post the bad companies, also the companies that go above and beyound the call of duty to please us. DO NOT FORGET WE ARE THE CUSTOMER, WITH OUT US THEY WOULD NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
