Here is the final version of the letter, in both Word and pdf format. Many thanks to all of you for your encouragement, and to Jeff in particular for excellent edits.

Here’s my plan:

• Send the letter directly to Ann O’Leary, since my spy network has come up with an email address for her — this way it will get there on NCL letterhead
• Upload the letter through the Hillary for America website
• Copy the letter to Valerie Strauss and Emma Brown at the Post

If a member of our esteemed communications team wants to post the letter to the NCL blog and/or send it out to the general distro list, that would be fine with me.
