Tuesday is the last day for our hotel room block, so if you haven't made hotel reservations now is the time to do it. What's on the program for Vegas: Three programs discussing Reed v Town of Gilbert; Civil Rights and Policing a Community (with DOJ's head of Civil Rights Division); the Model Design Build Contract; Body Cameras; Drones; and so much more. Check it out at www.imla.orghttp://www.imla.org Some programming will be available remotely, so check out the IMLA distance learning options while you are on the website. Yesterday, we put out a draft model content neutral sign ordinance to some groups for discussion. If you are an IMLA member and interested in participating email me and I'll get you a copy. We'll be working on the draft at the Conference. We'll also be working on a Model City Attorney Retainer Agreement the draft will be available to registrants shortly. If you are a newbie or just looking for a refresher look at the ILGL program on Saturday and if you want to focus attention on code enforcement look at that program scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. Both require separate registrations. And, the land use tour and code enforcement tours are filling up, so register today. Chuck
