I would be interested in anyone's input on the Governor's order effective June 5 that permits outdoor dining in phase yellow counties. I represent a Township that only allows outdoor dining by conditional use. Does/can the order trump local zoning, or is it to be read to mean, "at those restaurants that previously provided outdoor dining"? Any input appreciated.
