THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (NOVEMBER 27-DECEMBER 3) and GATOR FITNESS CHALLENGE
WEEK 8 ROLL CALL! Hopefully you had a great Thanksgiving Day and weekend
celebrating with family and friends! To assist you in burning off any extra
calories you may have picked up and to help you get ready for the
additional approaching holidays, this is your weekly list of our club
workouts. It's also Rehoboth Beach week! We have another large group
attending this weekend's events that include the race on Saturday, a
Saturday afternoon pub crawl, Saturday evening and Sunday morning get
togethers at the Purple Parrot, and the Sunday morning RefrigaGator Swim!
Hotels in Rehoboth Beach are plentiful, the forecast looks favorable, and
it's a lot of fun, so if you are not yet in and would like to join us,
please contact Don Mack for details. Workout calendar changes: This week we
begin Thursday night swim workouts at the earlier time of 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Also, our Zwift meetup night is moved from Thursday to Wednesdays, 7pm-8pm,
and they will only be offered if there is sufficient interest, which means
at least 2 registered as attending on the attendance poll included with
this post. There will be no other swim workout changes (i.e. Monday nights
7:35pm, Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10:15am), Sunday mornings 11:15am)
and our Zwift Team Time Trial team will continue to ride on Thursdays at
6:30pm (same time as swim workout). Also, mark your calendars for our two
fun end of year events... • Friday, December 8, 6pm-11pm: End of Year Party
at Lost Planet Brewing Company (Royersford, PA) - LAST CALL for tickets,
which are $25/person and are ON SALE NOW until this coming Sunday, December

raffles, the always popular White Elephant gift exchange, and an end of

This serves as your weekly list of our club workouts and, for the 26 weeks
of fall and winter, your opportunity to post any completed Gator Fitness
Challenge weekly challenges including the SBR Challenge (i.e. complete at
least 30 minutes of swimming AND cycling/spinning AND running), the SCF
Challenge (at least 30 minutes total of combined strength, core, and/or
flexibility workouts), and the Plank Challenge (the week 8 challenge was 2
minutes; the week 9 challenge this week 2:15). If you completed the SBR
Challenge, the SCF Challenge, or the Plank Challenge, please post a comment
indicating which challenges you completed. Your results will be added to
our tracking sheet. Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout
planning, please check all workouts that you plan to attend. This helps us
plan, so PLEASE take 1 minute to mark the workouts that you plan to attend.
