I'd like to pass along an email I got from Ray Curry at Burr Yacht
Sales concerning the incident at the Annapolis Boat show so many years
ago:

Dear Mr. Phil Eslinger
My name is Ray Currey and I work with Burr Yacht Sales the East
coast Fleming Yacht dealer.
I read your blog the other day and can say I was very sad to hear of
your experience at the Annapolis Boat Show.
There are no excuses, and all I wanted to say is I am sorry and I
hope you will accept my apology on behalf of Burr Yacht sales.

Ray,
Thanks for taking the time to write me.  I appreciate it.  Fleming is
an absolutely gorgeous boat.  Had I not been planning on a
circumnavigation, I think that Fleming would have been at the top of
my list.  My experience was in the fall of 2002 and, as such, was a
very long time ago.  For you to acknowledge and apologize for
something that happened so long ago tells me that it was an isolated
incident from a quality company.
