List and Bob, My embarrassment and apologies all round for my previous empty
message.  Hopefully, this one will also avoid being vacuous.
The boat that we have been haggling over here for almost two weeks is a Lien
Hwa.  I noticed in your email signature that your vessel is a 47ft' Lien
Hwa. This one is a 1983 36ft' Sea Star model.  All I know about the Lien Hwa
line is that it is a Taiwan Manufacturer.  I have heard that they build
larger boats.
Do you have any information on the builder or the boat line?  Is there any
particular weakness or strengths of this line?  I would appreciate any
further information on this, now that I've put a contract on one of course.

Stephen, sorry, I know very little about the firm.  All attempts to contact
them via email have bounced.  Either then never had it, or it's not a big
priority with them.  As for overall quality, that's hard to say.  Generally
speaking we've been quite happy with our 47-footer, but as with all Taiwan
boats, there are frustrations that are a nuisance.  To date, no major flaws.
With I knew more about them myself.
