GasWatch Propane Tank Contents Gauge

Anyone use this gauge?  It screws to the top of the propane tank, similar to a
pressure gauge but tells the amount of fuel left in the tank rather than the
pressure of contents of tank.  Device is read while propane is flowing.
Website (www.gaswatch.com) does not explain the theory behind the device so I
turn to the electronic/mechanical/electrical gurus for advice.  Gauges
available in big-box stores for about $20 and Costco even sells empty propane
tanks (20lb.) with this gauge permanantly attached.  Bob Siegel; Annapolis
