03/24/14 - Rocky Hill, Ferry Landing -- Red-necked Grebe continues
south of the ferry ramp, between the ferry slip and the pier down the
river.
Wethersfield, Wethersfield Meadows -- Red-necked Grebe in river.

03/24/14 - Norwalk -- around 2 PM; 2 Black Vultures sitting on top of
the Merritt View building on Route 7 directly across from Stop & Shop.

03/24/14 - Stratford, Long Beach - an estimated 3000+ gulls
plankton-feeding offshore. Most are Ring-billed, 20+ Bonaparte's. Also
here wintering 2nd cycle ICELAND gull, SNOWY OWL in marsh.

03/24/14 - Milford, Merwin Point -- a few thousand birds, mainly
gulls, geese, and ducks, surface feeding very close to shore--from
Merwin Point to Oyster River.  At least 200 Bonaparte's Gull.

03/24/14 - Milford, Villa Rosa -- 125 Bonaparte's Gulls at low tide
(around noon).

03/24/14 - Westport, Burying Hill Beach -- Lesser Black-backed Gull,
now in beautiful breeding plumage.
CT Audubon Tree Farm -- 3 Fox Sparrow.
Nyala Farms -- Wilson's Snipe.
Sherwood Island SP -- Northern Pintail, 3 Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers, 3
Fox Sparrow.
Redding, Saugatuck Falls Natural Area -- 3 Fox Sparrow.

03/23/14 - Guilford, Leete's Marsh and Shell Beach -- Hundreds of
ducks on one side of the road and gulls on the other. 24 Northern
Pintail. Many Bonaparte's Gull, one Black-headed Gull and one Iceland
Gull in a flotilla of gulls, grebes and scaup feeding in the cove.
