I have a federally documented/out of Florida registered boat (Alabama). I read that I can cruise Florida for up to 90 days. After that many days, I read that I need to contact a Florida tax collector office. I cannot find any info on the a Florida Sojourn pass that I used to read about that allowed cruising for up to 180 days (I think). Does anyone have a link to to an official document that clarifies... Also what would I need to do if I were to cruise Florida waters for 40 days, rent a slip for a year and then cruise back to Alabama?
