THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (January 31-February 6) and WINTER GFC WEEK 4 ROLL
CALL!

As we reach the end of January it's time to start getting our plans in
place for the spring/summer/fall race season.  To assist with that, this
Wednesday evening at 7pm our Head Coaching Team is offering our annual
"planning your year" seminar (via Zoom).  This will include how to set up
your training as well as how to plan your race schedule.  Also included
will be an overview of "Training Peaks", the tool for which all of our
training members receive an account that includes workouts loaded all year

Notes and Reminders:

• LAST CALL! 2022 Gators Registration: Registration for the club for 2022
remains open... See the post under "Featured" for details and a link. To
avoid an interruption to your members benefits, please renew by the end of
the day today, Monday, January 31.

• Gatorthon Runner Registration is open!  We're seeking runners for the
Sunday, February 27 return of Gatorthon.  You can register as part of a
team or as a "free agent" and we'll place you on a team... The main thing
is to register, which you can do by entering a comment on this post,
entering a comment on the "Gatorthon VII Runner Registration is Now Open"
post under "Featured", sending an email to gatorstri@gmail.com, or direct
messaging Don Mack.

• No Wednesday Zwift Meetup: Due to Wednesday night's seminar, we will not
be offering a Zwift meetup this Wednesday evening.

• Hat and Visor Pickup: First come, first serve, if you have not already
received your new Gators hat or visor, please catch up with Don Mack. A
great option this week is the Monday night swim workout.

GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
4 (January 24-30) of the winter GFC... If you completed at least one of the
two challenges, please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Both" if you were a week 1 superstar and completed both challenges!
