Listmates, I am seeking help from someone who practices regularly in front of the Public Utilities Commission. I represent a municipality that provides water service outside of its borders and is subject to PUC jurisdiction. The intent and desire is to form an Authority and file a petition to abandon its tariff. There are some subtle aspects requiring analysis.
