I am going to have to change the date for our January board meeting due to an unavoidable conflict. I'd like to move the meeting back one week, to Wednesday, January 17, 10-11:30 AM. I'm very sorry for the late notice on this and hope it won't be too inconvenient for you.

I'm attaching two documents for your review:

• Minutes of December meeting: Please review these and be prepared to vote on them at the meeting

• Proposed changes to bylaws: This is the same document that I sent around for the December meeting. Please review the proposed changes and send me an email stating whether they are acceptable to you or not. If I don't hear from you by Monday, January 15, I will assume that you accept the changes as presented.

Thanks, and please let me know right away if you won't be able to attend the meeting next Wednesday.
