An Eared Grebe was still at Embrum at 0945 on 110603. Take exit 79 from
417. Go S on Regional 5 to Rte 400. Turn west [right] to the lagoons.
Park by the white STP hut on the RHS of the road- the bird was in the cell
behind this hut.

Just a quick note that the Eared Grebe was still at the Embrun Sewage lagoons last night as I left at 9pm. It seemed to be associating with a group of Ruddy Ducks. It was in the same cell that was noted below by John Roy.

The Eared Grebe was still present at the Embrun Sewage lagoons this evening when
I left at 6 pm. The bird was located in the southeast cell.

Directions - Take exit 79 from 417. Go S on Regional 5 to Rte 400. Turn west
[right] to the lagoons.

The Eared Grebe was still present at the Embrun Sewage lagoons last evening.
The bird was again located in the southeast cell.
Also present were 10+ Lesser Yellowlegs, 20 Least Sandpipiers, 3 Common
Moorhens, 2 Lesser Scaups and 30+ Ruddy Ducks.

Directions - Take exit 79 from 417. Go S on Regional 5 to Rte 400. Turn west
[right] to the lagoons.
