We just got back from a four week cruise on our PDQ 34 catamaran:  we left
Lake Champlain, south on the Champlain Canal, all the way out the Erie
Canal, north on the Welland Canal, east on Lake Ontario, down the St.
Lawrence Seaway, then south on the Richelieu River/Chambly Canal back into
Lake Champlain.  If you'd like to read our trip log, it's posted at
http://goldentrawler.blogspot.com/2012/07/departure-for-erie-canal.html
Enjoy!

We bought the PDQ to do exactly this kind of cruising, and find it's the
perfect boat for it.  Great fuel economy and nice wide decks for handling
lines in the 71 (or was it 70?) locks we transited.
