This year’s Roundtable will be held on the second day of the Summit, Friday, October 11, beginning at 2:45 PM. Our last session was held in 2019 and it is long past time to resume the opportunity to discuss issues of mutual concern. At this point, we are seeking suggestions on topics. Attached are materials related to earlier Roundtables, where we covered a wide range of topics. The Solicitor presentations in past sessions have been informal and the discussions, animated. A good example of the potential topics we could cover this year has been suggested by Scranton’s Solicitor, Jessica Eskra: the rising cost and diminishing availability of section 1983 coverage.
