We replaced a stamoid full flybridge enclosure that was 9 years old and had
been restitched once.  Boat resides on the Chesapeake, so not the intense sun
of South Florida.  The fabric was still serviceable but the stiching holes
leaked a bunch and the eisenglas was brittle and cracking.  We chose stamoid
again because we felt nine years was pretty good service and the canvas shop
talked us into stratoglas.  I bit pricey, but two years in and we are very
pleased.  We also chose white to lessen heat gain and fabric fading.
