Hello All:
This question applies to municipalities that have adopted both a comprehensive land use plan and zoning ordinance/code of ordinances:
Does anyone have a municipality with a zoning ordinance that specifically states that the policies and/or goals stated in the comprehensive land use plan may be "one factor" (or similar language) reviewed when the deciding body (whether city council or planning commission, etc.) considers rezoning requests?
Thanks in advance for any feedback-
