WELCOME TO JOURNEY NORTH 2013 – OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY
Hello all:
We are all
excited with the arrival of new migrant bird species into Ontario, and Journey
North is very grateful to those ONTBIRDERS who have so generously contributed
their “first sightings” to this award winning internet-based science program
followed by about 800,000 students across Canada and the U.S.A.
Journey
North is also a location where you can report those common species sightings
that are generally not reported to ONTBIRDS, including first sightings of:
Hummingbird
Loon
Monarch
Butterfly
Oriole
Red-winged
Blackbird
Barn
Swallow
Other Signs
of Spring
As always,
you must register your email address here to post your sightings directly to
Journey North: http://www.learner.org/jnorth/ . Once you have received your
password, you are on your way!
