I have agree with Clyde and we don't even know I this is how access was gained.
Ok, how about we just pay for a dude to control access during nights and weekends. Now, this is gonna cost some real money, but it probably will work.
My son's truck was broken into and all they got was a half eaten sandwich. That said, it cost $250 to replace the window. That and some irritation.
Two years ago, same thing and another half eaten sandwich gone!!!
So, just throwing it out there. My proportional yearly cost would be more than a window every two years (plus the occasional food item). I think we could gauge willingness to spend an extra $500 a year in dues by the number of folks who chew me out via email. Whatcha think?

I am sorry to hear about your cars, but this can end, by allowing one car at the time at the gate and no tagging along. I know it will be a pain for people that are always driving like crazy or always in a hurry. Also you can turn on your lights of your home, it is very dark around the neighborhood or instead on looking how to renovate the play grounds, will it be better to add more street lights and more cameras. Why only at the entrance?

We tried the codes again this morning. 137225 is valid. 137031 is not valid; we had two vendors that were also unable to use the new code last week.
