THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (JUNE 6-12)!
We have a big week ahead with 30 Gators on our event list for next weekend
plus a couple participating in French Creek Racing's OWS Race #2 on Tuesday
night... Let's also make it a spectacular week of training with lots of
participation in all of our workouts planned for the coming week!
Outside Pool Swimming at the SVY: Note that this will be our final week of
indoor Monday and Wednesday evening swim workouts at the Spring Valley YMCA
until September as we'll be swimming in the outdoor 25 meter lap lanes from
Monday 6/13 through Wednesday 8/31! When we move outdoors we'll also move
back to a 7pm start time.
In addition to the plethora of scheduled club workouts, our club sponsors
French Creek Racing and Mid-Atlantic Multisport offer many opportunities
for outdoor swimming including both OWS and pool. For more information...

• Monday 6/6, 7:05pm-8:05pm, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (4 lanes):

• Tuesday 6/7, 10:15am-11:15am, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (lanes
5-6): Swim workout coached by Don Schlichtmann
• Tuesday 6/7, 6:30pm-8pm, Reynold's Dog Park/SRT: Cycling Workout -
Intervals coached by Ginny Angus. Please plan to arrive early enough to be
ready for a prompt 6:30pm departure; if you arrive late you can meet us at
our intervals location between the SRT's Pawlings Rd. trailhead and the
Betzwood Trailhead.

and Back coached by Ginny Angus.
• Saturday 6/11 and/or Sunday 6/12: Long rides (4-6 hours) are in the plans
just about every weekend for our long course training athletes. Please post
a comment if you are interested in participating and are not already in the
loop and we'll get you the details.
