Esteemed Colleagues, My first email was held up because the attached image made it too large. Apologies if both this and the original message clog your inboxes. To repeat: Have any of you experienced a glitch when using the electronic Hanyu da cidian with Word 7 on a 64-bit (or any other bit) pc? Things work fine for a few hours, and then the dictionary stops, Word collapses into the heap you [now do not] see on the attached image, and the computer freezes, at least for awhile. Sometimes it unfreezes, other times I have to force a re-start. I can start everything up again and get another few hours before the symptom reappears. Any advice?
