Today my insurance agent advised that since
Ill be gone from the U.S. for two years and not
have an auto insurance policy, I will have a problem
getting a low cost policy when we return.  He suggested
a remedy to this is to be added as a driver to someone elses
policy (daughter, friend).  This way we will be able to
demonstrate insurability during our absence.  He said with
our driving records it wont impact the cost to anyone else
and would insure a premium company would take us under
coverage if/when we desire.

Enjoy the adventure!
