10/21. Stamford, Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary - Patrick Dugan photographed a BELL'S VIREO in the SW corner of the Sanctuary early this morning. I have not heard of any further sightings, but given the inclement weather, the rarity probably won't go too far.
