- Thrive in 2025 Challenge update! We have 24 Gators that continue to be
active in this month's "Thrive in 2025 Challenge". The goal is to earn 25
points by completing any combination of swim, cycling, run/walk, strength,
and/or core/flexibility workouts plus bonus points can be earned by
attending club workouts. To date 528 points have been earned including 477
completed workouts and 51 bonus points. We also have an optional
progressive Burpee Challenge (started with 1 burpee on New Year's Day then
add 1 additional burpee each day) To date 8 athletes have reached the 25
point goal in the "Thrive in 2025 Challenge" including Fernando Carreño

To date 126 sets of burpees have been completed. Soon we'll be announcing
our February challenge, so stay tuned!
- Zwift Club rides will continue through the winter months on Wednesday
evenings (canceled this week to to the Annual Member Meeting) and Saturday
mornings! Our fall/winter 2024-25 Zwift club ride series are underway
with Wednesday evening (7pm) 45-60 minute rides and Saturday morning (8am)
60 minute rides that will increase in duration to about 2 hours between now
and the end of March. These rides are meant to offer a combination of
fitness and social interaction as we utilize the Gators channel on the
Discord app to talk with each other during the rides and we also use the
"keep everyone together" mode in Zwift to enable riders to stay in a group
throughout the ride regardless of ability or effort level. If you are

- Thrive in 2025 Challenge update! We have 24 Gators that continue to be
active in this month's "Thrive in 2025 Challenge". The goal is to earn 25
points by completing any combination of swim, cycling, run/walk, strength,
and/or core/flexibility workouts plus bonus points can be earned by
attending club workouts. To date 528 points have been earned including 477
completed workouts and 51 bonus points. We also have an optional
progressive Burpee Challenge (started with 1 burpee on New Year's Day then
add 1 additional burpee each day) To date 8 athletes have reached the 25

To date 126 sets of burpees have been completed. Soon we'll be announcing
our February challenge, so stay tuned!
- Zwift Club rides will continue through the winter months on Wednesday
evenings (canceled this week to to the Annual Member Meeting) and Saturday
mornings! Our fall/winter 2024-25 Zwift club ride series are underway
with Wednesday evening (7pm) 45-60 minute rides and Saturday morning (8am)
60 minute rides that will increase in duration to about 2 hours between now
and the end of March. These rides are meant to offer a combination of
fitness and social interaction as we utilize the Gators channel on the
Discord app to talk with each other during the rides and we also use the
"keep everyone together" mode in Zwift to enable riders to stay in a group
throughout the ride regardless of ability or effort level. If you are
