Teak decks

Although I have not used them, contact Teak Decking Systems.  I see
that at every boat big boat show in Florida
and I hear they're pricey, but I believe they are the teak decking
company to beat.  From their website:

Teakdecking Systems Yacht Services provides the yachting industry and
private owners with the service and support necessary to keep both
modern and classic yachts looking their best. From the design phase,
through templating and deck construction to final installation, the
highly experienced Yacht Services staff works with our Production staff,
the yacht's owner and management, and the shipyard staff to ensure that
the teak decks not only fit the yacht, but also the ambiance and
styling.

I hope I'm not getting into a hornet's nest here, but let me say that
after owning two Grand Bankses based in
Florida for about 15 years, I concluded that I never, ever wanted a
boat with teak on the outside, especially
in Florida.  My new Nordhavn came with a teak caprail across the top
of the transom, and Job One in
commissioning the boat was to Awlgrip it to match the hull.  That was
seven years ago and I haven't missed the
exterior teak even once!  YMMV.

We would appreciate recommendations for a supplier and installer for a new
teak aft deck about 11 x 12 ft. (Cape Canaveral Florida area).

Too All:
What is a good alternative to teak decking, we have found nothing that lasts
more than a couple years?
Kindest regards,
