While I don't have an answer to your specific question, I can tell you that in our experience Force 10 has an outstanding customer service department (actually person). The only problem we have had with the Force 10 propane stove/oven we installed ten years ago was with the gas feed to the oven and broiler burners, and a call to them got us an explanation that the valve fitting had been redesigned and that they would send us the new part at no charge even though the warranty was up. The service person also gave me detailed instructions as to how to install the new part.
