THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (October 25-31) and GFC WEEKS 2 and 3 ROLL CALL!
This week features an amazing array of workout options with many of them
coached along with an off season training seminar and a club event next
weekend!
Since there was no "This Week in Tri Club" post last week following the
Sunday 10/17 completion of Gator Fitness Challenge week 2, this week's
"Roll Call" covers both week 2 (October 11-17) and week 3 (October 18-24).
So if you completed any of the three challenges for either week, please
post a comment...
• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...
• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
• "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that started in
week 1 at 15 seconds then increased to 30 seconds for week 2 and 45 seconds
for week 3.
• "All 3" if you were a week 2 and/or week 3 superstar and completed all 3
challenges!
We also welcome more creative responses!
Also, this serves as your "This Week in Tri Club" post with a rundown of
the week's club activities that include an array of workout options and a
sponsor event!

• Thursday 10/28, 7pm: SEMINAR... "Training in the 'Off' Season"... Join
our club head coaching team for some great tips about how to use this time

• Saturday 10/30: CLUB EVENT... Schuylkill River 50K Relay... At last count
we had 17 Gators participating along with a handful of past Gators! If you
are not racing that day, think about coming out to the SRT to cheer on our
