Hi All, It’s bike racing season and the Salida Cycling Club (SCC) needs your help! The Salida Classic is three exciting days of bike racing in and around Salida. It will be held this year Friday, July 15th through Sunday July 17th. The weekend starts Friday afternoon with a time trial out County Road 160, continues with a Criterium all day Saturday on the streets of Salida and finishes up Sunday with a Road Race through Pinon Hills. We’re looking for corner marshals, beer and lunch tent workers, general go-fers, set-up/tear down help, registration volunteers and help with prize distribution. Depending on your position, shifts are between 3-6 hours long and come with a free lunch, and a stylin’ t-shirt.
