the bay here, Tarpon Basin particularly, is down to 50 degrees today. This
basin is pretty shallow and temperatures that are monitored daily by
Dolphins  Cove can change 8 degrees overnite.

three days ago, fish were dieing from the cold. Haven't been out since but
I am sure it's worse.

large barracuda's swimming on the surface, staggering . Many other species
running into walls, bladders out of wack, etc.

Manatee's quite feeding at water temperatures of 68 degrees! I suspect they
are hanging out in canals with underground springs and deeper water as it
may be  warmer.

and on a humorous note, the Iguanas are falling out of the trees.

See you in  Paradise!
