06/03/14 - Bloomfield/Simsbury, Penwood State Park -- 1 HOODED WARBLER
(half-way between parking lot and picnic area).

From Paul Carrier:
06/02/14 - Goshen, Goshen Street North -- 1 OLIVE SIDED FLYCATCHER to
the east of the road, and farther up on left by Beaver pond had
another OLIVE SIDED FLYCATCHER.
06/03/14 - Torrington, Ceader Swamp Rd,  Cedar Swamp Preserve -- 7:30
PM; YELLOW BELLIED FLYCATCHER just near the bridge west side.

From Charlotte Weston,  Stacy Hanks & The Banding Crew:
06/03/14 - Milford, Connecticut Audubon Coastal Center -- Birds banded
included a Mourning Warbler,

From John Weeks, Jim Watso:
06/03/14 - Suffield, Suffield WMA -- five singing male Grasshopper
Sparrows.  The available habitat is much larger than the area checked,
so there could be even more of them.  The State's grassland
restoration efforts at this site are beginning to show results.

06/03/14 - Windham, Boston Hollow/Barlow Mill -- 2 Acadian Flycatcher,
1 Alder Flycatcher, 1 Red-breasted Nuthatch, 2 Brown Creeper, 2 Winter
Wren, 6 Blackburnian Warbler.

06/03/14 - Durham yard -- Whip-Poor-Will calling.

06/02/14 - Bridgeport -- Peregrine Falcon eating a bird on the I-95
bridge.
