I am looking at a Efratom FRK-L Rubidium Standard for $279. The description is:

This is a re-packaged (by SRC) Efratom FRK-L Rubidium standard with its own power supply, output filter, and splitter.  Adjusted against our GPS disciplined Rb, it has full test points brought out and a lock indicator.  Fresh cal and ready to use.

Does this seem like a good deal?

It depends on the lamp life left... The majority of the FRK-L units I
saw have a date code from '84 to '92 and if they were powered on 24/7
probably not much life is left in the lamp.

For unknown Rb units if they still get a "lock" prices are around 100$
