Hi, I see on documentation that PJSIP doesn't support multipart body. In facts, module as INVITE Session doesn't support it, but when SIP arrives on transport, endpoint, transaction and dialog, SDP is not parsed, so if you make your own module, you can manage multipart body I think. I am using invite session API.
