I received a notice in the mail today from the BOD regarding Vaquero Waste and Recycling services and to discontinue using Tiger Sanitation. I looked through the last several board meeting minutes posted on the site and didn't find anything regarding this proposed change. Honestly, I really have no preference, but I'm curious if anyone knows the real driver behind the change. Perhaps just poor service from Tiger and better rates? I do like the idea that they will pick both cans up concurrently and actually close the lids. Regards, Erik

Although, since we put the cans at the curb with the lids closed, how will we know when the trash and recycleables have been picked up?
