1980 49' Grand Banks $289,000 in Fort Lauderdale
This Classic 49'Grand Banks has had extensive updating from a knowledgeable
owner. Stabilizers were added in 2002, the teak decking on the main deck and
boat deck has been removed and now is fiberglass nonskid. The mast has been
altered to pick up a larger 12' Nautica hard bottom inflatable dinghy with
40 HP Honda. All of the canvas covers and the Bimini top are in great shape
and the Textilene window covers are recent. Much of the teak trim and
handrails have been removed and replaced with stainless rails or updated
with gel coat or paint. The varnish glistens. The interior shows very well
and overall care has been much, much better than average.
Powered with Lehman 120s for very good economy, Naiad Multisea II
Stabilizers, Watermakers 300 GPD watermaker, EPIRB, life raft, wood bow
pulpit replaced with stronger fiberglass pulpit with dual anchor rollers,
good electronics with Furuno Radar, Nobel Tec on laptops, Robertson Auto
pilot, Sea Tel auto tracking satellite TV antenna, Nera Satellite Phone with
phone/fax/data capability.
1991 49' Grand Banks $369,000 in Fort Lauderdale
Located here in the Shipyard Showroom is another 49 Grand Banks, 1991 asking
$369,000. This one is the best priced 1991 49' Grand Banks on the market
now. It is priced according to condition, as this one needs the varnish to
be stripped to bare wood and new soft goods in the interior. Since many
buyers like to put in new curtains, bedspreads, and re-cover the cushions
anyway, this is priced for the new owners to do that. Powered with 210 HP
Caterpillar naturally aspirated (No turbos) 3208 engines and equipped with
Naiad Stabilizers. Recent dinghy with OB and six man life raft.
Both of the owners of these boats have FREE dockage in our undercover
Shipyard Showroom. We offer free dockage for boats when we have a central
listing. The minimum value is $250,000, (unless we get too crowded, we will
raise that). This is the only undercover dockage dedicated to brokerage
boats in Florida. Both of these 49' Grand Banks are at the same docks,
making it easy and worthwhile to see them.
