Siskin question

Do Pine Siskin fledlings have yellow on their outer tail feathers?  Or do they all and I never noticed it?

I had two come by today, what I thought were two males.  Usually it is just one male or one female.  But one of them had yellow on it's tail feathers a bit, and somewhat on its rump.  Sort of like a House finch, but less coloration and yellow.
