am and 5:45 am ( there were lots of birds over the yard this morning,
many went uncounted and unidentified); VEERY (31), SCARLET TANAGER
(15), WOOD THRUSH (9) and SWAINSON'S THRUSH (4). Also had calling
EASTERN WHIP-POOR-WILL.

tail brown bird) on waters edge at Birdseye boat ramp. Ran into grass
before I could get photos or id. Call is not loud like a clapper rail.
