04/15/14 - Stratford/Milford, I-95 -- While driving across the
Housatonic river Tuesday morning, I saw a Northern Gannet close to
road level on the Moses Wheeler Bridge. I tried to convince myself it
was a strange gull/ cormorant hybrid but it didn't work. ;-) Maybe
this rain is doing some funky things along the coast.

04/15/14 - Westport, Sherwood Island State Park -- 11:25 PM; Little
Gull on runway of the model airplane field (with many Bonaparte's
Gulls), but they all flew off toward the beach. 12:30; adult
non-breeding Little Gull (with 400 Bonaparte's Gulls), Iceland Gull,
on the East Beach. Joined by a Glaucous Gull minutes later.
