My thanks again to all of you who responded to my posts about the 26' Tolly. The seller and I have agreed on a price and my surveyor has looked at the boat out of the water. He is more of an engine guy, and that's what I need the most help with. The broker needs to get the boat in the water, and then we will do the engine work and sea trial. The boat is being sold as is, but the price is very good, so if we find no serious mechanical problems, I think it's a sale. Now the real questions begin. I'm trying to figure out the battery setup, and when I get it figured out well enough to ask an intelligent question I'm sure I will.
