Weather:
The temp was pretty much steady around 8C... with moderate E winds.  Mostly
cloudy for the day.

Raptor Observations:
A total of 559 birds were tallied today... with the bulk being TVs (452)
along with smaller numbers of ...Bald Eagles (3), N. Harriers (7), Sharpies
(5), Cooper's (4), N. Goshawk (1), Red-shoulders (2), Redtails (74),
Roughies (2), Golden Eagles (5), Am. Kestrel (1), Merlin (2) and a lone
Peregrine Falcon.  Not a bad day at all on E winds.
