  Where have you played before?      Primary school 1st team, High School 1st team, South African National Defence Force Under 21, South African National Defence Force Opens, Defence force Rugby Club 15 man and 7's, Esher Rugby Club England.    Where did you hear about us?      On the net and my wife.    Anything else we should know?      My name is Patrick Ross-Allen and I’m 35 years old. I am a South African citizen living in South Africa.
  The reason for me sending you this is that I would like to know how can I come to America and assist in coaching Rugby. I played rugby from the age of six and stopped at the age of 27 because of an injury. I have been coaching rugby since 2011, in this period I have done my IRB Level 1 and Level 2 Rugby Coaching courses. I done my IRB Level 1 7’s Rugby coaching course as well.
  In South Africa we have something that’s called BokSmart – this is helping us to keep rugby safe and to be sure that there is no or minimise the risk of catastrophic injuries in the game of rugby. I am a BokSmart educator as well.
  At present I am the assistant coach of the Golden Lions Senior 7’s team and I do the video analysing of all the games that we play. I am also the assistant coach to the University of Johannesburg 7’s team and video analyser.
  Other teams that I have coached are the Lions President under 16 team. I have coached this team for the last two years.
  I have coached at senior level – Provincial level with the 7’s
  I have coached at school boy level, and I have worked with primary school children as well.

I am very passionate about my rugby and I would like to help out where I can with teaching and coaching other people this wonderful game of rugby. Seeing how rugby is growing in America is amazing and I would like to be apart of this!
