This is not a fake. Bill works for Con Edison and 2 weeks ago today Microsoft shut down the entire company computer system and mainframe and sent in people to fix the damage done by that virus. It was not pleasant and the mess isn't all fixed yet. Someome read it from his laptop and it took out all the company computers including the mainframe.
