View all threadsHello again, all, As you already know, the scheduling situation for AEFL Week is grim. See attached summary of what we have so far. At this point I'm most inclined to choose Option 1 (Board on Tuesday afternoon and members' meeting on Wednesday all day) because it works well with the awards event schedule and it allows everyone to attend at least some part of the meetings. So -- If you CAN do Option 1 (even if you don't like it best), you don't need to respond unless you want to Carol and Tom, you don't need to respond in any case -- I already know your situations If you absolutely can't do Option 1, please let me know which of the other options would be your first choice. Options 2 and 3 are listed on the attachment. Option 4 would be to have the Board meeting on Monday afternoon and the members' meeting 9:00-2:00 on Tuesday. I didn't include this option before because it completely cuts out both Carol and the NCFL folks, and because we'd have to cut the members' meeting short to get over to the Hill for the awards event, but we might as well look at everything.
