Yes, the volunteers organizing the Garage Sale will be advertising the garage sale and will also be putting up signs at nearby intersections. Elijah, The garage sale will be open to the public. The gates will be open during the garage sale hours only, and at the end of the sale a volunteer will drive through the neighborhood to ensure there are no stragglers. This is what the neighborhood had done in the past - I don't believe there has been any issues before.
